She was assigned to me to manage my Safeco insurance. I had a different agent who apparently no longer worked with Safeco any longer.
Basically she got in contact with me, switched my insurance for home & auto, then upon finding out nearly everything was messed up including my address on the policy, finding out my old car isn’t removed etc, wrong payment scheduled etc— I’ve tried contacting her and left multiple voicemails about fixing these issues with literally NO response back for WEEKS.

Really hope I can be assigned another agent because I’ve never been ghosted by my own insurance before— especially after spending thousands with them.

Would not recommend.

I would highly recommend Katherine for any of your property insurance needs.  Recently I was looking to save money on my car insurance, but I wanted to make sure that I had all of the coverage I needed to protect myself in case something ever happened.  I also had zero interest in spending days entering the same information into a thousand different insurance sites.

Enter Katherine...addressing all of my concerns, I was able to save on my monthly premium, reduce my deductible by 50%, and even upgraded all of the coverages included.
