Ray was extremely helpful in coming up with a policy that meets our insurance needs for home, auto and umbrella.  We called him today to review our current policy and to provide options for comparisons.  He told us that he would review our policy and get back with options for us to review.  He was good to his word and called back shortly with various options which we discussed and guided us through the process to make the necessary changes.  He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and we felt very comfortable with him as our agent.  Making changes to insurance plans can be a bit of a challenge, but it was not as challenging as I thought, thanks to Ray!
