This site offers paid tuition. Direct Managers and PA's are awesome. The employees really get along well and have fun together. But don't expect free flowing information from operations. Instead they promise fast upward movement if you do xyz, once completed they go silent on promotion. The 4 day work week is not a thing during peak. Mandatory OT is required. You think ok fine 5 days, nope 8ts 6 days and 10 hours a day. Take pictures when applying showing any bonus details. They try to play games there too.

This insurance is horrible. I was with them for 3 years. They raised my rate by $200. The only explanation was that there was an increase in their cost. I canceled the policy and they said they will bill for the remainder. They then charged my account without my permission. I am very disappointed.

I thought their service was very poor and uneducated type thing with no remorse or no feeling about the people that you have their car no communication had to call them over and over again would never ever tell anybody to take the service are these people for insurance

When you call any business to receive a quote, wouldn't you expect to pay the amount you were quoted (give or take a few dollars) each month??? Me too, but unfortunately, that's not the case. I just want to know that our fixed monthly bills aren't going to change whenever the wind blows. Yes, the electric/gas or water bill will fluctuate depending on use, but our car insurance should be the exact same amount every month. I called a few times to inquire about the latest increase, only to be told the payment for March will still come out, but once they receive the form back from me, then I will be reimbursed. I'm still waiting for the paper via mail & this will be the 2nd time I have to send it back because no one told me NOT to put my policy # on there, just to sign & date. So folks, we shall see if that really happens or not. I JUST WANT TO PAY THE AMOUNT I WAS QUOTED!! 😱😠 ******No, I didn't go to THIS office when I signed up.....but I'm giving my review of LIBERTY MUTUAL OVERALL.

I was hit by someone with this company. The company has been AWFUL to deal with. From NO CALL BACKS or email reply (over 30 emails, messages attempted) to rude messages from the company on Facebook. The company is too large, not efficient and so frustrating. I am sorry to anyone who actually has this for their insurance. Go to Ky Farm!

My car was never repaired liberty took shortcuts in repaired work and will not act in good faith towards you as a customer they don't care that it's been 4 moths never got updates on car being repaired takes weeks to get ahold of anybody it's was a prius they won't even do a simple scan or check for mechanical damage do not get them please save your self a head ach have to get a lawyer involved now for good-faith claim probably just to get my car back to original working condition

They told me I could do a consent over the phone so they wouldn't charge my account a higher amount. I had the guy double check before getting off the phone if everything was ok and in order and he said yes. They still took $140 extra out of my bank account and said there was nothing they could do about it.

Would not recommend!! Had renters insurance for a year with them, called to cancel service and the request never got put in. Eighteen dollar payment put on my credit report because the representative didn’t put in request to cancel. Could not help me take care of the issue once I called customer service. Find a company more dependable and who can put request thru.

Not gonna say everything about them was bad because when nobody else would give me insurance liberty did. However the last few months of my policy is what is making me write this review. During the entire month of March 2021 my vehicle was in major repairs with a vcm issue. When I reached out and told them about this and how I need them to pause or try to help me somehow because the repairs where 750 and my insurance was 330. I have been a customer with liberty for 2 years you would think that if someone was loyal to the company for that long they would try to help. But no instead here we are almost may and they are still tryna charge me for car insurance from the month of March which I was told all was being prorated so I can move insurance guess that was a lie as well. Like I said it wasn’t all bad but this experience made me never want to return I get they need there money but we are still in a global wide pandemic so I soon as I pay them off I will no longer want anything to do with this company.

Very unethical. I called August 25, 2020 to add my sons car to my policy. I gave them info and VIN number off of the title, so I know I gave correct info. In March, my son was pulled over for speeding and car ended up being impounded due to canceled registration due to no insurance. He had insurance card with him. When I called Liberty Mutual, they realized the VIN number had been entered incorrectly resulting in the registration being canceled. It got straightened out and registration reinstated, but we were left with impound fee of $367.50 that Liberty Mutual denied reimbursement. Terrible and completely unethical way to treat your customers.

Very poor service, extremely expensive. My insurance went up by 1,000.00 + on account of having acquired a new car which is three years old. I have not been able to reach a local agent while calling for weeks. Definitely will look for another insurance company.

The first year wasn't bad but when when it came to the second year, my rate went up to almost $300. Went to cancel my policy since they wouldn't lower the rate and instead of charging me $60 for the six days I had used before cancellation, they charged me $200 and had the nerve to say my refund was a little over 100 dollars. They won't be getting my service anymore. It was bad enough I had to go thru hell to get to customer service and for what? To side swiped by a thieving company.

Takes forever to talk to a actual person, then you always have to be on hold 20-40 minutes. Too high. Cant change or do anything with your policy unless calling them but it takes forever to do that. Cancelled after a week!!!!!

My son was involved in an accident with a Liberty mutual client..... The accident was no fault of my sons and I also had video evidence of the accident.... It took them two weeks to admit liability in this claim...... My claim adjuster Olivia Rudolph was fantastic she was a very professional lady but in today's society that's not enough...... Hey accident happened on October 22nd 2020 my son was injured and sent to the hospital and diagnosed with whiplash. ....Thinking that Liberty mutual was an honest respectful company I decided not to hire an attorney in this matter..... Boy did I make a mistake..... They low-balled me on the value of my car making it impossible to replace what I had..... My son was granted a settlement for his bodily injury claim and to this day December 2nd 2020 we still haven't seen a dime...... And I thought that Liberty mutual would be one of the better insurance companies out there......absolutely one of the most horrific experiences I have ever been through and I do not recommend Liberty mutual to anyone

This company provided me with a rental car for about 14 days and basically took it from me and now I have no transportation to get to work I may lose my job over this and they do not care one bit it's been 11 days since my check has been sent out for pain and suffering and they have yet to send out a claims check to replace my car needless to say they were at fault and I do not recommend dealing with them directly

I've never had a wreck in my 40 years of living but yet my insurance keeps going up way to high "because of the drivers around me". It's always a reason that has nothing to do with me personally. I do not like this company anymore.

Liberty Mutual went above and beyond during the most heartbreaking time of my life. My homeowners claim was handled immediately. Communication on the progress could have been a bit better but overall it was a good experience.

A driver with liberty mutual insurance caused a multi car accident involving my daughter. The police cited their driver, multiple witnesses on the police report corroborated that their driver was at fault, yet they are still trying to make a determination a week later. I've been told they will not pay storage on my car that was totaled, and I should put it on my driveway, leaking fluids everywhere. I have provided the police report, witness contact information, and I don't understand why this is such a struggle. This makes me glad I'm with another company for my insurance. They offer a "discount" to employees at my company and I don't know how it could possibly be worth it.

In an emergency situation it can take nearly an hour to get through to road side assistance. That is after you speak to three different departments and have to get the run around for twenty to thirty minutes before hand. I understand why the policy rate for this insurer was so low.

If could give zero stars I would! I purchased a new VW Tiguan a few weeks ago and liberty mutual kept sending me mail saying they could save me $800/year. I finally called to inquire about potential savings. The man had all my information already somehow and stated my quote would be 'good until midnight tonight at $120/mo' and that they could send me a device to put in my windshield to use for 3 months to get an additional savings based on my driving during that time. He asked what I currently paid a month and I told him $150/mo so $120/mo sounded like a great deal! I was set and hooked and got my checkbook out and ready to pay and he stated it's $1,386 today and your next payment will be July. Obviously I said July 2020, right, I will be paying yearly instead of monthly I guess? He said no, that will be this July! Uh no! No, thanks! He kept saying $120/mo for a year later to find out that would be in ADDITION TO $1,386! Obviously, this place is a scam! How can you tell me over and over my monthly insurance would be $120/mo when in actuality it would've been more than $250/mo?! Obviously, I was NOT interested in their falsified quote, not appreciated with the sneaky tactics and definitely did not appreciate them wasting my time with that scam like behavior from what I thought was a reputable business! Out of curiosity I looked up their complaints on the consumers website after declining their shake down and they have over 1,300 complaints! Ick!! Extremely sneaky tactics!! Stay away from the sneaky tactics liberty mutual plays.

Honestly best insurance I've ever had and will likely never change companies. They worked with me on payments. They have accident forgiveness and take care of everything when your in such a horrible situation. I got late on payments being behind. .any other company would have cut me off . .they worked with me and was understanding about it. They truly go the extra mile least for me they have. Been upfront, honest, patient, being a solid company I enjoy doing business with. Pains me to see any reviews lower then 5star! Bc from personal experience they have been nothing but outstanding. #loyalcustomer Also, just on a side note. .I reviewed other companies to see if I could get better rates. Only to have other companies tell me I had the best insurance rate n policy out there. Thank you Liberty Mutual!

If I could give a zero Stars I would I called to cancel the rest of my insurance for the month to get my money back when I paid in full the guy who signed me up for my insurance did not have me sign my paperwork for the little plug-in device that helps you get 10% off they charge me during one month in August after sending me letters after I moved that I had not gotten so they wanted $333 out of a month I got $30 back because they sent out letters to me but I never got them but it was dirt guys fault for not have me sign my paperwork or not getting the device and also the guy that did that no longer works with them somebody could have let me know very unorganized and very unhappy would not recommend to anybody for insurance

Never Use Liberty Mutual Insurance. After the first year will jump for no reason without having any claims. If you try to cancel before your policy ends and are covered by another Insurance company they will NOT issue a refund as told but will come up with another bill claiming you changed something days before your cancellation.

Asked for a quote on homeowners. Never chose Liberty Mutual, went with another company at a much better rate. Several months later, I receive a bill for $833 and my payments are all rolled into one. So why and how liberty mutual could send me a bill, not sure. Sounds like cramming and slamming, which is illegal. After multiple attempts on emailing proof of the used insurance company and policy info, I am still waiting for this to be cleared up. Just received an email saying that address is wrong on documentation. LOL, just told the representative to scroll down please. I don't need homeowners on a address with an apartment number. Conclusion, never chose liberty mutual and still have provided terrible service.
