Absolutely insane, borderline criminal, annual increases year-over-year. 4 properties insured with this agent, zero claims in 4 years and annual increases of 30-38% annually. I'd be embarrassed to run a business such as this. Reached out to Stephanie to request a consultation and review properties but never took the time to address the request. Disappointed does not begin to address the lackluster performance and neglect of this agent. Look elsewhere for your insurance needs - this company is criminal.

If you are searching for an agent who will return calls, texts or emails you better keep looking.  Stephanie Ross had been my agent for 15+ years.  I recently moved from Louisville, KY to Columbus, OH and needed to make changes but could not get in touch with her.  With no agent to assist my call was transferred to a corporate agent.  My policy was paid up to 03/03/2024 but the agent on the phone ended my policy on 03/04/2024.  For one day of auto insurance, I was being charged $26.44!  I thought this was a mistake and unsuccessfully tried many times to contact Stephanie.  She would not return my emails but instead forwarded them to corporate.  This caused delays and aggravation as they said it was for a rental that I never had.  Now, within the same month that I was asking about the accuracy of the charge they have sent this to collection agency.  I am amazed.  I probably spent at least $70-80,000 in insurance premiums with my home and four vehicles and am sure Stephanie received commissions.  So, why would she not return my attempts to reach her and allowed this to happen over $26.  Again, today I tried multiple times to reach Stephanie and of course was transferred to corporate where I paid the erroneous amount.  Be wise.  There are many insurance companies to choose from, but you really want to find one who communicates!

Over the past 10 years I know I've not been the easiest of policyholders to work with.  I'm quite demanding of my insurance agent. Stephanie just recently became my agent earlier this year. I am a first time home buyer and knew little to nothing about home insurance. She took the time to walk me through every aspect of the insurance, every option I had, and really helped me understand what I needed and what options I didn’t. She also helped me save $70+ on my car insurance compared to what I was previously paying. After a few months of having these insurances in place, I had a discrepancy come up with my home insurance. Stephanie is superb at her job. More than that she is a stalwart ally to you in the world of insurance complexity. She bends over backwards to help you any way she can. If she doesn't  know something, you can be sure she will dig in and figure it out.
Not only am I a customer but I also deal with insurance companies on a regular basis. I fix cars that have been damaged by hail. In my experience I have seen many well know insurance companies deny or seriously  challenge claims, and force body shops to use junky aftermarket parts.I've even seen loyal customers of 30+ years dropped by insurance companies from a single claim. I have not had any problems from Liberty Mutual.
