Liberty Mutual is hands down, the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. Over the years, I have been told by two other insurance companies that they could save me money. There's an expression: "You get what you pay for". That's exactly what happened to me. I would wait days for a response and it would take forever to get through on the phone.  It has NEVER been like that with Liberty.  I always went back to Liberty within a couple of months of leaving. My rep, Joel, typically answers my emails within 2 hours. If he's unavailable, someone from his office will call to help. Everything is fast, efficient and easy. The staff is great and I believe my rep is the VERY BEST!  He has never let me down and I have had car and home claims with Liberty. You can't lose with Liberty. I highly recommend them!
