I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from this agent, Andrew. After my vehicle was no longer in my possession, I immediately communicated this to Andrew and provided the requested MVA documentation. Despite this, months later, I discovered that the vehicle was still on my policy. When I reached out to Progressive, I was shocked to learn that I would not receive a full refund for the time I had no vehicle. To make matters worse, they informed me that if I wanted to pursue a full refund, I would have to cancel my son's current policy. This situation has cost me thousands of dollars, and I feel completely taken advantage of. Andrew’s mishandling of my policy and failure to act on the information I provided has caused me undue stress and financial loss. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this agent with their insurance needs.
