Leanna was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all patient, as I was at times distracted and not 100% focused on getting my HO insurance changed from my current carrier to one that I was more comfortable with. She would just contact me from time to time to remind me of what I had to do next without being the least bit pushy. To me that is great customer service.

When we first contacted Leanna and asked her to review our policies, we did not expect that she would be able to save us much or even any money on our policies.  However, much to my surprise, Leanna was able to privide us with significant savings and better coverages on our homeowner, automobile and motorcycle policies, to the extent that we were able to add the premium for an umbrella policy and still have significant savings.  Leanna provided great customer service and was very patient in answering our many questions.  Leanna is very knowledgeable and we highly recommend her services.

Fantastic service! I came to her asking for a quote to lower our current car insurance. She worked with me and was able to find the same coverage for me cheaper. She got everything handled very quickly and efficiently and was fantastic to deal with. She was so good, we are also switching our home owner’s insurance to her as well.
