After shopping rates on landlord policies I was delighted by not just better rates but, truly outstanding  customer service which is grounded in deep industry knowledge, good work ethics and work habits, & that Renne is a genuinely nice person.  Renne has become a trusted advisor.

Part of the reason she has great rates, I think (tho Indid not ask her about this), is she studied the field and figured out which products to represent so that she can provide good value.
