My house came with some nuances that made it much more challenging to find home owners insurance. Adam not only delivered, he did all the behind-the-scenes work that other agents were trying to make me do myself. (Two other agencies were making me fill in all the paperwork which would have required deep dives into city permits). He checked in with me regularly to update me and make sure everyone was still on the same page. Now he's my go-to guy for my homeowners insurance and car insurance.

I’ve historically hopped from one insurance company to another, purchasing direct with them online to find the most competitive rates for my desired coverage. My latest search yielded unsatisfactory results. The last insurance company I was going to shop online with was Liberty Mutual. Turns out that my new employer actually has corporate savings with Liberty (more on that in a bit)! Because I’m sure verification of employment was required to get the savings they said to call. I tried calling but the offices were closed (I forgot it was Memorial Day). Me being curious, continued on with the quote without designating the corporate savings and it landed me a quote very similar to others and my current policy. Meh. Said screw it and went to bed.

The next day I received an email from Adam Weinblatt thanking me for my interest in Liberty Mutual, but turns out he also represents other insurance companies as well. Figured what did I have to lose seeing as my quotes I received online were all similar to each other in terms of price. Maybe a human agent will be the magic touch.

We’ve been in contact only for a total of maybe an hours time throughout today. Not only was he able to beat the corporate savings Liberty was offering but was able to get me the same coverage with Nationwide AND save me $40/month compared to GEICO. Being as the state of Minnesota is a proration state, I canceled my insurance effective tomorrow with GEICO and will be starting my new policy with Nationwide.

I’ve always thought going through an agent would be more expensive overall given the human payroll/brick-and-mortar overhead. Today I lived the “when you assume, you make an A$$ out of U and ME.” I could’ve been saving money this whole freaking time. Disappointed in myself for being presumptuous and naive and grateful for Adam for reaching out and helping me save money in an alarmingly efficient manner.

eBay style TL;DR: A+++ 10/10 GOOD SERVICE SAVE $$$ WILL BUY AGAIN

My late husband pass in 2019 and Adam was very patient in explaining our existing home and car policy. He answer all my questions in details and walk me through any issues.

I just sold the house now and move into a townhouse he again was patient and walk  through switching the policy from homeowners to just a renter’s policy.
