I would not recommend Paul.  He never calls you back.  I even scheduled an online call using the website and he didn't show up.  It is time to look for a different company.

Fantastic and timely communicator. We always receive documents and answers to our questions promptly, and Paul will stay on the phone with us as long as it takes for us to completely understand our policies and to go through all of our questions and concerns. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Liberty Mutual helped me right-size my insurance policy by actually explaining what I was getting, and what I was paying for.  Great customer service, and I definitely recommend them!

We set high standards for ourselves and are sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction.

Great ads but terrible insurance company. They promised cheap rates but after signing, our rates increased. No one told us that we would have to install a driving monitor in our car. We are dropping them.

I had a fantastic experience finding insurance through Paul. He helped me find a Renter's Insurance policy that met both my needs and budget--and was respectful and receptive when I needed to alter it. Not only that, but when the Auto Insurance quote he gave me was higher than I wanted to pay, he shopped around other insurance agencies on my behalf, to find a plan that worked for me. Throughout he has a great sense of humor and is very personable. Highly recommended!
