Made a move to a new state and Jeff was the nearest agent so I called.  I had no idea how lucky a call that turned out to be.  He's gone the extra mile to make the switch from one state to another a breeze.  He's also been instrumental in the switch from a homeowner's policy, to a rental policy and back to a homeowner's policy as things progressed.  It was nice not to have the insurance be an added stress point during all of the other chaos that comes with a move.
