I was quoted an amount and I reached out several times to Sam AuBuchon in order to accept the quote, but by the time he got back to me, there was a rate increase that he previously knew about but "forgot", causing us to have to have to pay more. He apologized, but there was nothing that could be done at that point to regain iuthe previous quote. That's part of his job, so very disappointed.
