We had a homeowners policy with Kevin. During a recent refinance, our lender recommended we see if we could lower our insurance premiums. I reached out to Kevin and within an hour (probably less), he had a new quote for us that offered better coverage for $1,000 less. We needed to decide quickly and he gave us everything we needed to get it done, including communicating directly with our lender. Very impressive.

My husband and I switched all our insurance over here because a friend recruited us as clients when she was working there. She was awesome and we loved giving our business to her but when she told us she was leaving, we decided to keep our business with them. I am SO glad we did. John has been out, should I say “account manager” for a couple years now. We are always adding landlord accounts to our portfolio and he’s always SO quick with quotes. He also handles the whole process with the title company, we never see any of that, he’s so seamless. To add onto that, when one of our properties flooded a couple years ago and our original company increased our price 3X, John jumped in and found a CHEAPER policy. His policies are all the highest value for the lowest cost we are ever quoted, we don’t even look elsewhere anymore. It’s great to have someone we trust, who is kind, and efficient. HIGHLY recommend!

Kevin was able to get my home insurance back to a reasonable cost after ours skyrocketed in price. Then, as a cherry on top, found a car insurance premium that was 25% lower than our current policy, with a lower deductible, and better payouts. Kevin calls every year or so with a lower price, getting you the best deal without being harassed by all of the insurance providers directly like you will if you call the insurers yourself. In the end, I couldn’t be more thankful for having this level of service on my side.

I noticed that my car insurance went up $20. I contacted Kevin and he went right to work. Not only has Kevin already fixed my home owners policy, hw was able to lower my car insurance $70 for me!
