Lisa is a great agent!! She goes out of her way to get you the best policy checking multiple agencies. She just found me a better quote on my boat insurance, which was great, but a while back I changed my homeowners policy in order to bundle. I phoned her & she said she was getting ready to go out of town on vacation. I said no worries, as I had plenty of time, call me when you get back. Is not everything you have to take for granted, it is better to take things serious.
