Was very helpful when I started multiple policies but does not respond to any questions or help I needed after the policy started. Multiple emails and voicemails to get information regarding policies without much luck.  Will not proceed with her service anymore.

Laura never responded to messages about questions concerning our policy! We ultimately went with another agent who found us a much better rate and coverage.

Laura is the absolute BEST. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional. I've been with Liberty Mutual for many years, but only since having Laura as my agent have I felt truly seen as a customer. She is always available and ready to review my concerns and policy needs at the drop of a hat. If I could rate with with a million stars instead of just 5 I would!

I live in Georgia. I don't use Liberty Mutual. But I've known Laura since we were babies. We lived next door to one another and grew up together. If I end up back in the North East after I retire she will be the first person I call. She is genuine and will go out of her way for anyone - especially those closest to her. I dont know much about Liberty Mutual, but I do know a lot about Laura and I know for a fact she wont steer you wrong and will always have your best interest at heart. 21 years in the Army and currently in charge of an Infantry Basic Training Company I think I've become a pretty good judge of character. I have many policies with Liberty Mutual covering two SUV's, 4 motorcycles, 3 UTV/ATV's and my home.  With the numerous purchases we've made and changes we've needed over the years (to include adding my son in 2019 as a new driver) I honestly can't say enough about the amazing experiences we've had with Laura Scala and Liberty Mutual!

In 2017, we were on vacation in Pittsburgh, NH when my husband's brand new side-by-side (UTV) caught fire in the wee hours of the morning.  This fire resulted in a total loss of his UTV, my ATV and my Chevy Tahoe.  Laura and the Liberty Mutual Team went above and beyond to help us through the tragedy.  Laura's personal service is out of this world!  Laura is honest, knowledgeable and is always on top of things!  I can't imagine the thought of having to go through that horrible situation without Laura!  Thank you Laura for everything you've done for us!  You truly are amazing!
