Adam was very unprofessional. At first he was helpful but then seemed annoyed by my questions and stopped responding. I had to reach out several times for a response and when I did speak with him he seemed very distracted. Not sure if he cares about his customers. When I told him I went with another carrier he was very rude. I'd steer clear. If it's not in his best interest he doesn't care about the customer.
