I worked with Jill prior to moving to this agency with my Liberty mutual auto and home. Two issues with dmv when insurance cards are not sent. Issue with a mistake that reflected on my husbands license when her assistant sent the wrong thing in.
Here I am trying to call and it’s an automated service that sends me to Liberty. What’s the point of having an agent?

I initially had a positive experience working with Donna Medina to set up two life insurance policies. However, when it came to the second policy and additional information was needed, communication became an issue.

Despite providing all the necessary documentation promptly, Donna has been unresponsive and difficult to reach. I've had to take the initiative to contact the third party myself and go through extra steps to get any updates on my policy.

I appreciate the assistance provided initially, but due to the lack of communication and follow up has been disappointing.

Away from liberty insurance expensive bad customer service and they are too rude if you have any problem

We have been a client since at least 2009.  The team ensured our coverages evolved as our family situation changed.  They recommended the highest level of protection for auto coverages, umbrella policy and safe driver courses when our daughter became a driver. Now that she has graduated college and started her career, they consulted with her on insurance in general, insurances she should have to protect her assets and made the transition from our auto insurance to her own easy and affordable while still providing the highest level of protection available.

We had two claims on our homeowner's policy over 20 years and each claim was settled quick and easy with no problems.

Nichole did an exceptional job reviewing my insurance needs.  I initially started off shopping around for better rates for my car and received so much more.  In today’s world many people are quick to make a sale or only fulfill the initial ask leaving people with the wrong solution or miss opportunity to help more. In every experience I’ve had with the Buffalo Comparion sales team member(s), they’ve always addressed every concern I had and were fully transparent through the sales process.
