I had been a Liberty Insurance customer with Robin for over 20 years now.  When my insurance rates continued to increase, I asked her to look at my auto and homeowners policies to see if I could get good coverage for lower rates through a different company.  She found comparable, or even better coverage for me with NYCM with acceptable lower pricing.  She even gave me a tip to lower my cable bill.  I know that when I have a problem, I can always count on Robin to help me out!
