If I could give zero stars I would, because the amount of effort she puts in once you pay your premium in full. She failed to cancel my previous insurance and I am still paying both. She won't return my calls or resolve the problem. Once you've paid, don't expect her to be there for you or help you. Can you imagine if you had a claim?

Nothing but 5 stars for Kate. She’s been the most knowledgeable and communicative insurance agent I’ve had. I had zero knowledge on insurance before I sat down with her. I switched from Allstate insurance to her a few years back and I’ll never work with another agent again. Kate is immensely knowledgeable in what she does. I never had a thought on renters insurance until I started business with her…coincidentally, I had a break in on my car while renting an apt and, if it wasn’t for Kate, I’m not sure any other agent I had done business with would have have been able to help reimburse or fix that kind of mishap like she did. If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and honest insurance agent for car, renter or life insurance, kate is honestly thee person to hit up. Typically I won’t write a review for anything but Kate really deserves a review. She’s phenomenal, she’s the type of agent that makes paying for insurance worth while.
