We recently decided to change home and auto insurance. We spoke to a Liberty Mutual agent who gave us Michele's  name and number. She was extremely helpful. She got us quotes from multiple insurance companies to compare rates and coverage. She answered all our questions and then personally helped us cancel our present insurance and set up and pay for our new policies so there will be no gaps in coverage. It is so nice to have a local agent we can call instead of a 1-800 number to a national company. We have called her multiple times in the past few days and there was never a long wait on hold. Usually she answered right away. Getting someone local who understands all these different policies and can explain them to us, was almost more important than improving our rates. Very happy to have her in our corner
