I am a first time homebuyer and had absolutely no idea about anything related to homeowner's insurance. Tim Grassi made everything so simple. The entire process has been quick and smooth. Finally, a real "live" person who was able to answer my questions!!!
Many had tried, but only Tim completed the job!!! He ran the ball into the end zone, and got the touchdown. Yay.
And on a Friday,at 4:35pm until after quitting time I am sure. 
He stayed on the phone with me for quite awhile, listened to my questions and complaints,and offered to help me with my policies in the future. 
I have been a Liberty Mutual customer since 1996, back when customer service was localized, and meant something. 
Tim is a gem and gets an A+ from me today. Yep. That's an A PLUS!
