Adam first called me when my former agent left the company. He presented fantastic customer service, helped me with auto and renter insurance for the last year or so, always finding the right coverage for me. For the last 2 months I've been trying to get a hold of him and I cannot find him, like he vanished, and I am very frustrated as I need changes to my policy the insurance company only allows me to do through my agent.

I have been having an excellent experience with Adam until a couple of months ago when he has been completely MIA. No response to my emails, calls, or voicemails. I ended up going directly with the insurance customer service to update my policies. I even sent him a couple referrals from my friends with no response for follow up.

I’d been working with someone else at Liberty Mutual who became unresponsive. I was irritated enough to be ready to find another company. I’d been with them though for close to 30 years and having been an life agent for a mutual company know the value of them so I did hope to stay. Adam called. We spoke for over an hour. He went through every detail of my policy and the changes I needed to make on the house and then we went over the cars.
