I’m sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with your experience.

On 6/7 I reached out to ask Matt to review my upcoming policy renewals for any savings or discounts because they were increasing. He replied on 6/10 that he would review them. I have not heard anything from him since then. I have tried calling, texting and emailing and have gotten zero response. My policy renewals start on 7/21 so I feel like I have given enough time for a review and some sort of answer. If I have all the savings available, then so be it, but I wanted to know. I will not be doing business with Matt, anyone else from the Comparion office, and I will be looking to leave Liberty Mutual as well.

Matt Morrison is amazing and such an excellent agent to work with. I purchased a vehicle a few Sundays ago, and they wouldn’t release it to me without insurance. Since it was Sunday, I thought I'd have to wait until Monday. I sent Matt a text message and was blown away by how quickly he responded. I was able to take the car home the same day.
