Agent Aaron Hutsell is an outstanding agent.  Originally, I dealt with him when he responded to my request for an insurance quote.  He was (and IS) courteous and professional -- sent me the quote promptly, as promised, and I did decide to get that policy.
Since then I've changed coverage from another policy to "bundle" with Liberty.  Prior to that change, Aaron went over the parameters of it, sent me another quote, answered my questions - and no pressure, just information.  Any time I've had a question, he either answers the phone immediately or calls back promptly.
Happily, I cannot attest to what would happen if I made a claim - I haven't had any reason to.  But I would certainly recommend Aaron as the agent of choice if you're considering insurance with Liberty.

After moving into our new home my husband and I had a major issue with our homeowners insurance, Aaron was absolutely on top of his game and fixed our issues in a timely manner. If you are looking for an amazing insurance agent I highly recommend Aaron he is responsive and works diligently for his clients. Thank you for all your help!

We needed to set up a landlord policy on a property we are renting out and by the end of the day Aaron got my fiancé and I signed up for an auto policy (2 vehicles), landlord policy and a renters policy. I contacted Aaron via LM's website. He answered questions for me about my auto policy rates, both over email and phone. He was prompt, helpful, and honest. :)

Prior to closing on our new home, I had quoted out multiple homeowner policies, none of which saved us money or gave me coverage I was 100% comfortable with. We met Aaron and he was able to save us a considerable amount of money annually on our car and homeowners insurance, with coverage we feel secure with, and he helped us secure life insurance policies with that savings - something we had intended to do for awhile but hadn’t.

We can’t recommend Aaron enough for how easy he made the process and how fast it was. He handled everything for us - even letting our mortgage lender and other insurances companies know we were cancelling our policies. 5-Star service and coverage!
