adam and his assistant completely failed to return any of my multiple calls or e-mails after the home owners insurance he provided was cancelled unexpectedly for no reason, even though i paid for the year in full. they also did NOT refund all my money after the cancellation and kept over $700 for less than two months of supposed coverage. i think their operation is a scam.

I'm so grateful to have a referral for Adam from a close relative. His promptness in returning calls or e-mails is what I've appreciated the most. I have been having an excellent experience with Adam until a couple of months ago when he has been completely MIA. No response to my emails, calls, or voicemails. I ended up going directly with the insurance customer service to update my policies. I even sent him a couple referrals from my friends with no response for follow up. 

Adam first called me when my former agent left the company. He presented fantastic customer service, helped me with auto and renter insurance for the last year or so, always finding the right coverage for me. For the last 2 months I've been trying to get a hold of him and I cannot find him, like he vanished, and I am very frustrated as I need changes to my policy the insurance company only allows me to do through my agent.
