I reached out to Melissa about a year ago to get comparison quotes on the existing coverage that I had.  She is courteous, prompt, communicats via email and personal  phone calls.

Today, I spoke with Melissa Kiner regarding my follow with our Auto policy that I recently changed a week ago with another agent. I briefly explained my concern of the lack of customer service I received last week by the other agents. Melissa immediately recognized and my issue and instantly reassured of the outcome of my process and answered all my questions without me asking them. By the time we were complete with our call, she had sent me my new policy with details and our ID cards. I never had to ask her, she sent them. Melissa Kiner got me good price and [ targeted ] coverage on 7 single-family homes that I have as rental properties.  She worked  with me to get prices dramatically lower because I got coverage on JUST THE STUFF THAT MATTERS and not other items that just add unnecessary costs.   I talked to two insurance firms including my current insurance firm before I worked with Melissa but those firms simply would not cooperate to provide a focused/targeted insurance policy.
