Staci is great, you just don’t find wonderful customer service like this anymore.  She was able to call me at a time that was convenient for me to discuss my options.  She asked me questions that she could use to find discounts that applied to my situation.  I ended up asking her many questions and appreciated her patience.  She shopped around and found an excellent rate for me.  I called a few other places, and they were quick to just give me a rate, I guess they don’t have the options that Staci does. I spoke to Stacy today. Now before we got in contact, I had reached out to Geico and they told me my insurance would be over $1,000 due to the fact that I had a 6 month gap without insurance. That was way over my budget, so I did not take the offer. I got referred to Stacy, got in contact with her and everything changed in a matter of minutes. I was very satisfied with the amount of insurance she offered to me. Even with my 6 month gap she was still able to make it reasonable for me. I have had my home insured with Liberty Mutual for 11 years with no claims. A few years ago Stacey made sure my homeowners was affordable and fit my needs. On Monday a 5 minute storm caused half of a HUGE tree to come down. Today is Friday and I already have a check in hand to begin clean up and repairs. Stacey is always available when I need her and so far the entire claim process has been bar none! Thanks Stacey, your customer service has made me stay a loyal customer and I sure am glad that I have!
