Friendly, quick, no nonsense service. I'm new to homeownership and shopping for auto insurance has always been a headache. When my home insurance company pulled out of the state, I was notified right away, not by my insurance company, but by Melissa. I had the same insurance agent for 30 years. If I forgot a payment or needed to sign something he would email txt and leave a voicemail. I have been looking for someone to give me that kind of service for 5 years. I found her. Melissa stayed on the phone with me until I had 5 new policies and made numerous 3 way calls to make sure my old policies were canceled and everything was in order. I finally found my new agent. I would recommend her without any hesitation. If you still want customer service call Melissa!

Its been almost three years since I started working with Meliss. Everytime I call her, she answers and remembers me and my situations. I have made changes such as moving, selling two cars and recently added a life insurance policy. Before even getting off the phone with her I have an email confirming my changes.
