introductory insurance rates are good to start and my agent is very thorough and knowledgeable.  I had a prior experience with Liberty Mutual, the company not the agent, that was not good. Rates became uncompetitive, but I think that happens no matter who you stay with.  We will see what happens this time.

I bought a new car. Michael contacted me and proceeded to help me find insurance cheaper. It was only slightly which was all that could be found but he also checked into my home insurance. Saved me $80 per year but more than that, better benefits oncoverages.

Our goal is to make sure all transactions are processed as requested. Your policy was cancelled on the date requested. Our policyholders have access to up to the minute billing information through our app and online website as well as customer service 7 days a week. Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback.

Michael STAUSS never canceled my policy as I had asked.   It ended up going to collections since I never received a bill.  When I called I spoke with Michael’s assistant AJ.  He said Michael never canceled it and it shouldn’t have gone to collections. Also finally canceled the policy and back dated it to the proper date.    Still can’t get a hold of Michael as I’ve called numerous times to have them do something about it being with collections.

Hi Debbie. Thank you for your feedback and I’m very sorry we were unable to exceed your expectations. I apologize for the misunderstanding. We did discuss at great length your concerns in multiple conversations about your current insurance, including the matching siding coverage and your concern about your current company’s claims representative. I shopped your quote with our partners and the best price I found was $53 more per year for your primary residence without the multipolicy discount since we found after our initial conversation that you were getting a lower rate with your current car insurance provider.  We also were unable to match your $500 deductible on your home insurance since the new carrier requires a $1000 deductible instead. The rental insurance was also more expensive and would require a higher deductible too. Overall, the best price I found was still $100 more than your current plan and required a higher deductible for the home insurance and this did not take into account the additional cost of having a stand-alone rental policy. It is generally beneficial to bundle your insurance and I am sorry you misinterpreted my explanation for anything other than making sure you were getting the best price on your insurance, whether through me or by staying with your current carrier. We have worked together in the past amicably and I’m sorry this interaction fell short. If we can be of help in the future, I will be happy to assist. Thank you for the feedback as we always strive to exceed your expectations.

I, debbie, called Michael about homeowners insurance. He insisted upon giving a package deal on home and auto. Geico was cheaper for me on auto, I stated I just wanted homeowners. He then stated that it is not worth his time to do homeowners only as he gets no commission on Homeowners only insurance. He stated he gets commission on doing home and auto together. He stated he did not want to bother that it was not worth his time. Very disappointed I will never recommend him to anyone
