I was contacted by Paige because my insurance was up for renewal with my other insurance company. She said she would send me paperwork to sign and take care of everything. I signed and after that, got a notice that my mortgage doubled because I was uninsured. The reason for my one star review is because I have contacted her five times via email, phone and text for clarification and help and I have received no response and now I am being charged double by my mortgage company because she did not do what she said she was going to and had me sign for.
