Andrew has completely changed our outlook on insurance! He has taken us from State Farm to his recommendations which has quadrupled our coverages, added many other benefits, added an umbrella policy, and renters all for the same price we were paying for state minimums on auto only! Through him educating us we even purchased life insurance policies for myself, my wife, and our children. Andrew is a smooth operator. I called in to see if I could pay my policy and he sold me renter's insurance. He did lower my policy and I did need renter's insurance to tell the truth. At first, I wished that I called in then Andrew worked his smoothness on me and blessed me with a lower rate. LOL!

Andrew makes himself available to his clients day or night. He is personable and treats you like a friend versus just another number. He is quick to respond, offers advice, and walks you through each step of the process. When I informed him I had been in an accident, his initial response was to check if I was okay or needed medical attention prior to discussing anything regarding how I should submit a claim. I had other agents give me higher prices for less insurance, but got 100 k higher coverages along with additional insurance added in and still paid less than other local agents. Terrible agent and person. Harassed my fiance and I for life insurance when we couldn't afford it, texted me late at night on weeknights, texted me constantly when I was sick for a week, constantly called me and my fiance while at work, lied consistently, the list goes on. So many issues stemming from Andrew and liberty mutual. Glad we switched to a different insurance company when we did. Don't trust Andrew Duncan!
