Hi, I'm Fredrick Groves, and for nearly 10 years I've been helping individuals, families, and small business owners as an independent insurance agent specializing in auto, home, life, and small business insurance. I serve clients throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Illinois, North Carolina, and South Carolina, including major markets such as Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton, Pittsburgh, and Charlotte.

The reason I became an insurance agent is deeply personal.

Several years ago, my family experienced a devastating house fire that nearly cost us everything we had worked so hard to build. Like many homeowners, we thought we had the right homeowners insurance coverage in place. It wasn't until we filed a claim that we discovered significant gaps in our homeowners insurance policy. The financial and emotional stress that followed was something no family should have to endure.

That experience changed the way I look at insurance and ultimately led me into this profession.

I made a commitment that if I became an agent, I would do everything possible to help other families avoid what we went through. That's why I take a consultative approach with every client. I ask a lot of questions, not because I'm trying to sell you more coverage, but because I want to understand what's important to you and what you're trying to protect.

Over the years, I've helped clients protect their cars, homes, businesses, income, and families through customized auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, umbrella insurance, and small business insurance solutions. Every recommendation is tailored to the client's situation rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

My philosophy is simple: if a covered claim happens, your biggest concern should be recovering and moving forward, not wondering whether your insurance policy was built correctly.

When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my grandson, Vaughn, exploring museums, amusement parks, and Broadway shows. I also enjoy cycling, swimming, camping, reading nonfiction, and serving on the Board of Hilliard Food Pantry Plus. I'm also an active member of AMSPIRIT Business Connections.
