AJ was very responsive to my inquiry about condo coverage, even when it was after normal business hours.  This was an immense relief to me in the current California insurance situation where my usual insurer is not offering property policies at all. Once my condo purchase offer was accepted, AJ quickly reviewed my HOA documents to provide quotes at several levels of coverage. AJ Franco has been our insurance agent for about 10 years. AJ Franco has always taken good care of our family with all the needs of a growing family of 3 kids and dogs. He has always stayed in touch with us to make sure our coverage is always complete and meets the needs of our family.
We have 3 kids and we have had to put them on and then off of our car insurance as they turn 16 and then grow and get their own insurance. AJ gives us quality information so we make the best decisions on buying a car and the practicality of car insurance for 16 year olds. We are on our last kid getting his license and I reached out to him and he immediately got back to me with quotes. It is just sets my mind at ease that AJ cares about our family and treats us with the utmost respect.
If I ever have a question for him regarding any of the multitude of insurances we have (home,car, earthquake, pet, and umbrella) he gives an immediate response to helps ease my mind. If he is not available he sends me directly to where I can get answers.

I found Andrew Franco a couple of years ago during the pandemic when searching for another insurer for an umbrella policy.  He was responsive and so very helpful.  He found me great coverage and it was a lot less than what I was paying.  Everything was done via email (which is my preferred mode of communicating) except for sensitive details like birthdays and credit card information.  I was so happy to have found him and to save several hundred dollars in addition.

Then this year, I asked Andrew if he could shop around for me for a homeowners policy because the one we had was increasing a couple hundred dollars every year.  It was getting to the point that it felt excessive.  He found me two great companies.  After discussion and research, our family settled on one of the companies.  Andrew was efficient, responsive, and helpful in every way.  I had asked him to re-quote the policy with different deductibles because we were desperately trying to save money with rising costs everywhere.  He quickly got me new quotes and helped me purchase the policy that same day.

Andrew is a great insurance agent.  I highly recommend him.  I have had a great experience.  He is always helpful, responsive, and kind to deal with.  So if you're shopping around for insurance of any kind, give him a call.

AJ and Liberty have been awesome to work with, insuring our vehicles, home and an additional umbrella policy. I cannot recommend AJ enough! He has been an amazing for my insurance needs.  He was recommended to me when we were in escrow by our mortgage broker. We were first time home buyers and needed guidance: AJ provided that. We switched our car insurance to Liberty Mutual as well, specifically because of the excellent support AJ provided to us. He always responds rapidly, and is courteous and helpful. We recently had a pipe break in the bathroom wall and as soon as we turned off the water main, I called AJ. He provided me with all of the information I needed about the process, and he also calmed me down during a time of intense stress.
