After our families car insurance went up dramatically, I mean like dramatically I thought I was screwed. And then I met this wonderful lady. She looked and looked through all the companies she’s brokered with and found us a company with the same coverage great backing and just a few hundred dollars more than what we’re paying the year before. as well as homeowners insurance just came to renew, and my old company wanted to charge me  three times what I was paying the year before and she kept me just above my previous years rate. kind courteous and attentive

I was introduced to Alexxys through my Health Market agent. She was responsive from the beginning, offering to work with me over the phone, video call or in person. I preferred in person, seeing that I am horrible at these kinds of things.
I went to her office and she was so helpful and willing to explain everything to me step by step and with the utmost clarity!
Several months afterward, I ran into a problem with my home insurance; my mortgage company did not pay their side for some sort of miscommunication with the insurance company. Alexxys got on it INSTANTLY and reached out to them, CCd me in any email that was pertinent to the progress. I was never in the dark, and we sorted it out while I ultimately got a refund for their mess up.
You can’t beat this sort of competence and precision.

There aren’t enough good things to say about Alexxys, so I’ll narrow it down to a couple of differentiators: first, she’s prompt and responsive, always professional in her engagement with prospects and clients. Second, when she can’t do better than what’s already in place, she will tell you rather than offer a lower premium with hidden reductions in coverage. Along these lines, if your coverage is not adequate, she will tell you, no pressure, just education and leave it to you to make the decision. Bonus differentiator: if I didn’t trust her with my own coverage, I sure wouldn’t refer those I love and care about to her. She treats those referrals with care, just as I would expect. Thanks Alexxys, your help with our auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies is greatly appreciated!
