Outstanding!  Jeffrey has always been attentive and responds quickly whenever I contact him by email or phone call.   He always has good recommendations and advice.  I have been insured with Liberty Mutual for over 25 years.  I have been working with Jeffrey at Liberty Mutual for many years.  He always goes over and beyond the call of duty when it comes to my needs for insurance.  He is a very good person and wish more people out there were like him with such great customer service skills.  I highly recommend him to anyone that has insurance needs and more.

I’ve been working with Jeff for over 10 years. In the early days, his service was warm, attentive, and simply awesome. However, after I sold my house and he was only handling our auto insurance, things began to feel more distant and transactional.

Currently, he manages the policies for three cars and a motorcycle. Despite having an excellent driving record, our premiums have steadily increased over the years. I recently decided to switch two of the vehicles to another provider. When I politely asked Jeff for assistance with the cancellation, I was surprised to receive a curt, “You’ll need to call them yourself.”

It’s unfortunate — he was eager and helpful when signing us up, but when I try to leave, the attitude suddenly changes.

After a decade-long relationship, I expected a bit more professionalism and care. Disappointed, but lesson learned…
