Sold me an umbrella policy for one residential property when I needed an umbrella policy for one residential and one commercial property. When I called today to ask why my renewal didn't include my commercial property, Josh put me on hold and transferred me to Liberty Mutual instead of trying to resolve the issue for me. DEF NOT RECOMMENDED

Josh Scott is the most professional, easy going insurance agent I’ve ever known.  He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions before I even knew what to ask.
