We got our Liberty Mutual auto policy with Ruben's help years ago. He got us a really awesome rate. Recently, we decided to bundle with a homeowner's policy. I requested a quote online, and even though the Liberty Mutual site kept kicking  me out, my quote request made it to Ruben's office. Cid reached out immediately. He listened to our needs, and got us a quote almost $400 lower than what our current insurance would renew at.
