I'm in the process of obtaining a home loan and needed information regarding my homeowner's insurance.  Susanne is my agent at Liberty Mutual and she is an angel.  I sent her an email at night expecting a response over the next several business days.  She called me at home at 8 PM and while we were on the phone, she completed the documents and emailed them to me.  I cannot praise her enough.  Susanne has been my agent for over 20 years and she is absolutely the best agent.  She is a professional who is knowledgeable and cares very much about her clients. My wife met Susanne through the school district representing Liberty Mutual and we received quotes for our automobiles. They were very good so we went with Susan and Liberty Mutual. We eventually insured our home as well when renewal was up. Susanne was very responsive. 8 mos later I purchased a Vespa to ride around town and called Susanne several times but she never returned my call. I had to call a 1-800 # to ad my Vespa to our policy. 2 years later we received our renewals and our auto insurance went through the roof on all 4 of our cars and our trailer. Me and my wife called Susanne for over a month leaving voicemail messages with no response whatsoever, Nothing. After speaking with other educators it was found that they to had skyrocketing rates with no response from the Liberty Mutual sales rep Susanne for the school district. Increased rates and no response from Susanne (10+ voicemails)so we chose not to renew. Then we chose not to renew our homeowners as well. It has been almost 2 years but I just found her business card in my glovebox. On her card she says "I support my customers before, during and after a sale". Not true. Just during the sale then you are on your own. Never ever received any kind of correspendance from Susanne. Googled her and Liberty Mutual and was prompt to write a review so this is it. Hey Susanne, call me and let me know what your thoughts are regarding this post.
