Regina is an outstanding Insurance Agent. I highly recommend her. She really helped me a lot and resolved my auto insurance problem very quickly. My previous agent retired without telling me. So, when I noticed a problem with my auto policy I tried to get in contact with him. After trying multiple times and different ways (email, phone) I called the company and, to my surprise, was told that he was no longer with the company. He didn't even say goodbye. I did my research and found Regina. It was nice to have a face-to-face meeting in her office. Getting to know my agent is important to me. Anyway, I explained to her my situation. For example, someone had changed the annual mileages in my cars to about 1000 miles. Who drives only 1000 miles a year these days? Very few people. I also explained my personal situation regarding some long trips planned for next year and other problems. Anyway, she understood my situation and told me how to change my policy to address my current insurance needs. Done. The problem was resolved in a few minutes. Thank you Regina for your help.

Ah yes, did I tell you that she also found a way to reduce the premium of my home insurance policy?
