Alexus is amazing! My homeowners insurance went up almost $600 (even with never having put in a claim) and I didn't know how to compare rates. I put my information onto a website and received non-stop calls and texts. I saw that she had posted on my towns Facebook page and had a lot of positive reviews from local people and reached out. Within a few minutes she responded and helped me get a new policy within 48 hours! The new policy was not only cheaper, but had a lower deductible and had MORE coverage than my current policy. I've never done this before-she walked me through everything. Super responsive, speedy and really cares about saving her clients money in ALL aspects. I'm really grateful that I found her and as soon as our life insurance policies run up-I'm coming right back! She is wonderful and I can't recommend her enough. <3
