I'm tired of Liberty Mutual's jingles and I don't want to hear them, I think they should come up with new commercials.

Worst insurance to ever have. Don’t recommend getting insurance through them

This is about Liberty mutual the company. In February of 2017  one of their insured's son driving on a suspended license doing 60 miles an hour in 45 mile an hour zone crossed the center line hit my truck causing it to flip on its side. it took approximately 15 days for them to admit fault they offered me less than 1/2 what  N.A.D.A. said it was worth. I refused to accept their offer and they have so far refused to compensate me for my lost time. They have delayed me for up to 20 minutes on hold trying to talk to a supervisor they keep telling me one will call back. As of the date of this posting  they will not return a call.
