Only reason not 5 stars, didn't get the insurance. Brendan was super patient while I juggled my schedule and he was really accommodating.  While rates were comparable,  I had just sent new insurance into my mortgage.

My Mom is Nikki Hatcher but most people call her Nikki Nashville. Not only is she the best Mom ever, she is also a great Insurance Agent. She takes care of her customers just like she takes care of me and my siblings. She knows what it’s like to work really hard for your family and she wants to help everybody protect their homes and cars so their family is safe if anything ever happens. It’s not fair to work your whole life away to buy expensive homes and cars and then it suddenly gets blown all away in a bad storm one day because you don’t have the right insurance. That’s how my Mom explained insurance to me and that’s why she says it’s so important. So just call my Mom, please, she knows what she’s doing and she will help you. Just call my Mom, Ok?
