Now discovering i needed to provide updated appraisals  - replacement values are dependent on lateat appraisals. 
Never told so. Never asked for new appraisals. Asked why nobody EVER  asked for new appraisals,  Dustin Hopkins  - sales agent - responded 'i have 6000 customers,  and i cannot possibly reach out to all of them'
A. Im cheated out of $2k.
B. Liberty Mutual doesnt deserve customers if cannot service.
