This operator leaves you completely in the dark, doesnt get back to texts and very impolitely told me to never call this number again, found cheaper insurance on my own anyway, these guys wanted me to sign incomplete docs and fix the later... so, I will never call again

I’ve been with Shane for close to ten years now. Some say buying policies through an agent is antiquated and a waste of money. That might be true in the case of an agent who’s isn’t working for you. Shane and staff are responsive and act as partners in making sure you are happy with your coverage - the same way a financial advisor works with you based on your risk tolerance. They supply coverage for our five vehicles, home and umbrella policy. Three different companies cover our cars b/c we have drivers ranging in age from 18 to 90 so Shane ADVISES which carriers work best for each driver. Apps don’t do that. This year he advised we switch home carrier because a new one covers a much more common problem most carriers don’t cover. Apps don’t do that. The one time we had a home claim, it was settled faaaaar better than I expected and my rate went DOWN the next year without compromising coverage - despite the claim. Apps. Don’t. Do. That. A good agent does.

Roy Hill is awesome! He gave better rate with auto insurance. I highly recommend him to the others

Jason was helping me out. My policies were coming up for renewal in a month and reached out to him to assist and helping finding another insurance company with better rates. He was responsive at first and then completely stopped answering my emails and texts messages. I reached out to Brianna who responded quickly but was unable to help since I was already working with Jason. I chose to find a different insurance agent.

We like Andrew Doherty at Comparion. He shops around for the best deal for our needs every year and only suggests reputable insurance companies whose names you have actually heard of before.

I have been with Liberty Mutual for 3 years and just last month they did not renew my policy without explanation. I repeatedly called the local office on Medical Center Pkwy and no call backs. My son and I have been driving without insurance waiting to hear back. Not good business and do not recommend.

I was a customer for about a year but had nothing but issues when renewal came up.

First, my auto rate went up almost 15% despite no claims and not even inflation was that high.

Second, whenever I call and leave a message, no one ever returns my call. I called once on a Sunday and left a message but the whole week passed and no one ever called me back.

Finally, they have no control over their own system. My address had to be updated, I asked them to and they say they did. However, after waiting a week, my old address was still on my policy documents. I called them back and they said on their end it was fixed, were rude about it like I was wasting their time, and were telling me to just go with it that it's fine. How can you tell your customer to sign documents that have known false information? AFter all this I shopped around and found a cheaper rate so called to cancel, and the same thing happened. I called, they said they cancelled it, yet a week past and I get an email saying I owe them money, that I have a new bill present! I had to call corporate to actually get the policy cancelled, but even they couldn't do it and had to submit a ticket because they said the agency, this agency, had locked the document as "pending" or something.

The amount of time and negative emotions this agency has caused is such a waste and a headache; I'm going back to just buying online. It's faste, easier, and apparently cheaper too.

Anybody I work with through this agency has always been so helpful and friendly. I have never regretted my decision!

I am happy to be a Liberty Mutual customer. Team Miller is always willing to make sure I am properly covered and understand my policies.

We just sign up...great customer service from our rep in Arizona...let's hope we dont need to use it...and if we do that it's as good or better than our previous insurance...

Every person i have dealt with at Liberty Mutual has been great, except my inside adjuster. You would think that would warrant more than 1 star, but the experience with this adjuster has been so bad. I filed a claim the beginning of May, have sent over 10 emails, and left over 10 voicemails with my adjuster with zero response. I can only get a hold of the call center staff, which have been great, but they have no control over the claim being paid. Steer clear of Liberty Mutual.

Terrible customer service. No return calls as promised. Inconsistent information. No fast responses with our burglary claim. You get violated and they treat you like the criminal. I only hope the adjusters go through a personal violation and are treated similarly. They do everything they can to not pay out and are not the cheapest out there. Spend your money else where.

They randomly called out of the blue to say they were running my numbers on renters insurance. They ended up saving me $80 a month by bundling.

Always up my rates and the agent was dishonest on multiple occasions. Screwed me over and my family.

Loved my original insurance agent but after his passing they assigned me a young snot kid. This guy has been of no help and my insurance has gone up every year for no reason. Very high rates and they constantly lower coverage. I've been with them over 5 years. Time to change.

Actually switching to geico and cancelling my service with liberty mutual tomorrow morning. I have gone in to correct my agent and his assistants mistakes at least twice now. First they were charging me for my old car, leaving my new car completely uninsured while I was still making payments, the second time they were charging me for both cars while my old car was supposed to be charged to my mothers account. This time they were supposed to be charging my account automatically for my car but instead hadn't been taking out anything at all. So I now owe $795 to a collection agency. I got numerous things in the mail from them and nothing said anything about me owing money to them. With no warning, I am now almost $900 in debt because of them. I had excellent credit before this experience and now it is dirt. Switching to a company that will actually NOT OVERCHARGE someone that has never been in a wreck and o lay has one speeding ticket. Thanks liberty mutual.

HORRIBLE experience and still trying to fight it. Completely dropped the ball many times, leaving my home uninsured for over a month. Everyone I talk with there agrees they dropped the ball, yet no one can get anything fixed or done about it.
