She was no non-sense, direct, and listened to me when I stated my needs and what I was looking for in insurance coverage.  She promptly responded with my requested insurance requirements. Janie Valdez is amazing! I called and left Janie a message today in reference to my umbrella policy. She called me back very shortly after I had left  her the message. When we purchased our home several years ago, we were referred to Janie to help with finding homeowners insurance.  Since then, she has helped us three more times with finding auto coverage.
