She was no non-sense, direct, and listened to me when I stated my needs and what I was looking for in insurance coverage.  She promptly responded with my requested insurance requirements.  She was helpful to advise and suggest options when she felt it wise to inform or encourage me.  After all she is the professional and helps many different people everyday and has great knowledge and insights from her experience. Janie Valdez is amazing! I called and left Janie a message today in reference to my umbrella policy. She called me back very shortly after I had left  her the message. She went out of her way to take the time to explain the questions I had. I am so impressed with Janie’s professionalism and the patience she showed me. When we purchased our home several years ago, we were referred to Janie to help with finding homeowners insurance.  Since then, she has helped us three more times with finding auto coverage.
