Randy was excellent and promptly resolved the issue I seemed to have between the mortgage company and Liberty.  The mortgage company said they weren't receiving the homeowner's insurance invoices, which I assumed was happening.  I received a cancellation date for my policy if it wasn't paid by 9/15.  After three days of customer service calls, I decided to try to find a physical persone to speak with and help me get this accomplished.  Long story short, Randy was able to resolve the situation promptly and was very understanding and curteous during our phone call.  Thank you Randy!

We've been working with Randall for over 3 years and can't say enough great things about him.
