Trying to change policies should be a simple process but, unfortunately, mine wasn't. Shelby worked hard to get me the best deal and did a great job. Would definitely recommend her if you are looking for an insurance broker.

Over the course of my lifetime, I have owned 10 rental properties. My main career was selling medical devices for 34 years. Traveler's cancelled one of my rental properties due to an old roof on a back shed. It is a wooden shed and the roof was old but absolutely no leakage. Without even a grace period to replace the roof (which I did soon after), I was dropped. Lindsey/Shelby jumped on it and got me an insurance quote within a day. I am switching ALL of my business to her, especially my primary residence in Alamo Heights. It is currently with Traveler's.
