I’ve used Shelby Lencioni and her team for the past decade.  They are always ahead of me when it comes to finding the best rates every year.  Unfortunately, I’ve had a few claims to report over the years, but her and her team have been great to get them resolved quickly.

We had previously reached out to 4 other agencies but didn't commit because we felt they weren't listening to us.

Shelby's team with Lindsey, Jordan, and crew has been exemplary.  When it was time to renew my policy, they reached out, asked what changes had been going on, and what my goals were regarding my insurance needs.  This is more like the treatment given to new clients, rather than existing ones, so the attention was welcome.  Lindsey in particular showed great initiative in comparing policies and excellent follow up to make sure the policies were executed as we discussed with all the necessary discounts in place.  This was a better experience than I would have expected in trying to go elsewhere myself.  In all, my insurance costs were cut in half, while actually improving my coverage in a few areas.  This was an outstanding outcome.  As a customer, this is the way you want business to be done.  I've been a client for many years, and they have gained my loyalty for a long time to come. I have had the worst luck with insurance for the last year with companies wanting to cancel on me raise to absolutely ridiculous yearly amounts and require crazy things to be done. My saving grace in this whole process was Alexandria Villarreal. She has taken on this task like a true warrior and solved all my issues. When I thought there was no hope left she pulled through and not only help correct the problem but made the circumstances better for me. Over the course of my lifetime, I have owned 10 rental properties. My main career was selling medical devices for 34 years. Traveler's cancelled one of my rental properties due to an old roof on a back shed. It is a wooden shed and the roof was old but absolutely no leakage. Without even a grace period to replace the roof (which I did soon after), I was dropped. Lindsey/Shelby jumped on it and got me an insurance quote within a day.
