Being a tech person, I was used to self-service insurance. I was very skeptical of having an agent but Justin was highly recommended. I called Justin Young regarding a couple of recent roof leaks, this after a prior, paid, large professional contractor failed to return my calls to service their own work.

I started shopping for a new homeowners policy for a new home purchase. I was really disappointed with the quotes I had received because my home had a 15 year old roof. He understood my needs as a single mother and now I feel like a have a local agent who will take care of us if we ever need help.
