I usually hate dealing with insurance. It stresses me out and at times feels intentionally confusing. Mitchell somehow managed to take all of that stress and throw it out a six story window into a conveniently placed trash compactor where I would never have to think about it again. Not only did he express genuine interest in making sure my wife and I had the most comprehensive and affordable coverage, he also took the time to explain terms and concepts in ways that were simple to understand so that we knew what we were signing up for and felt comfortable in our decisions. The fact that I even went to google dot com to write a review for this guy should say enough - he's worth the time because of the time he spends doing things right.
