Mitch was fantastic! He assisted me in shopping my auto insurance after a very large increase with my current carrier. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He explained things well and made it easy to follow, checking for understanding without just saying something and moving on. This is very important for someone like myself who is not the most familiar with insurance jargon. Most importantly, he was honest. He was not able to provide options that were better than what I was getting. Rather than try to shift coverage to get the sale, or try to talk me into other coverages I don't need, he explained other options I might try with my current carrier to see if I could get a better deal. He was a consultant instead of pure salesman. I highly recommend contacting Mitch for your insurance needs, even if you just have questions. Thank you, Mitch! I usually hate dealing with insurance. It stresses me out and at times feels intentionally confusing. Mitchell somehow managed to take all of that stress and throw it out a six story window into a conveniently placed trash compactor where I would never have to think about it again. Not only did he express genuine interest in making sure my wife and I had the most comprehensive and affordable coverage, he also took the time to explain terms and concepts in ways that were simple to understand so that we knew what we were signing up for and felt comfortable in our decisions. The fact that I even went to google dot com to write a review for this guy should say enough - he's worth the time because of the time he spends doing things right.
