Crystal has been my Home Owners and FEMA Flood agent sence Liberty Mutual changed there way of doing business. We are in the process of moving to an apartment and downsizing.
Downsizing inludes sell the home and terminating the insurance that has been paid by the motage provider.
I called Crystal and she was super helpfull and explained what was required.  To complicate things we had a lease back provision and had to keep the insurance coverage active until move out -- all went OK until we had to delay moveout.This ment having going back to the insurance providers and extend the coverage until we could moveout.  Crytal did the work to make it all work out, not a simple phone call.
This is a lot of service for someone that is not getting a renewal except for the Renters Policy which is CHEEP compired to what she had helped (did all the work) us cancel.
If you want someone that will be a super Agent you will not be sorry if you pick Crystal -- she will go the extra mile.
Additional advice -- get all of her contact points and deal only with Crystal....

Crystal is very professional and has  comprehensive knowledge of potential options from various providers.  Within 10 minutes, she was able to find a policy that maximizes benefits over cost. She didn’t try to win my business by simply stripping coverage to reduce premium. Instead, she explained to me why coverages in certain areas are essential to my situation and lifestyle and then found me the policy that has the highest incremental coverage to premium ratio. I feel she puts my welfare above her profits and thus highly recommend her.
